The Reata Jet Team
Ross Nyerges - Founder, CEO
Ross founded Reata Jet’s parent company, APEX Flight Solutions, under the premise that the burgeoning Austin region needed high-quality corporate aircraft management and maintenance services. Ross possesses a degre in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle University, and holds both ATP and A&P IA certificates with type ratings in Hawker, Westwind, Citation V, G100, Lear 45, and Falcon 50/900 jets, with 5000+ hrs flight experience. Ross is a de facto expert in all things aviation and is passionately piloting APEX towards becoming a fixture on the business aviation landscape.
Adham El-Effendi - COO
Adham joined APEX after earning his bona-fides as the founder and operator of several successful entrepreneurial endeavors. A former professional tennis player on the ATP Tour, he holds a BA in business from Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and is a fierce competitor. With his lifelong love of aviation, 1500+ hours of flight experience, including a commercial pilot certificate and SA227 and Hawker type ratings, he has a finger on the pulse of business aviation. Adham is helping position APEX Flight Solutions at the forefront of the aviation services industry in central Texas.
Clayton Corn - Dir. of Sales
Clayton’s road to Reata Jet, and the aviation industry at large is eclectic and winding. He was a touring and studio keyboardist for some of the biggest names in country and Texas music for more than two decades. In fact, he’s a voting member of the GRAMMYs and still finds himself in the studio or on stage on the rare occasion. Clayton has been a private pilot since 2003 and at the onset of the pandemic he decided to change tacks completely and follow his heart into aviation. Today he holds a commercial pilots license with nearly 1000 hours in the left seat, and is pursuing a BS in Aviation Management from Texas A&M Central Texas. He knows way more than he should about airplanes, and is ready to help you sell your current aircraft and find your next one.
